IJN Kirishima was one of the Kongo class of Japanese Battleships. This kit depicts Kirishima in her 1942 configuration, when she was present at the night surface action in the Guadalcanal Campaign.
This ship was 729ft long which scales-out to 25 inches, with her Pagoda mast, making a very striking model!
This kit contains resin, white metal and photo-etch brass parts,
a plan and profile drawing in 1/350th scale, and a complete instruction booklet.
